		<description>Thanks for raising the awareness of this, it annoys me too when I see prime marks/dumb quotes and dashes being used incorrectly.  I&#039;m designing a photography website for a client using a CMS made by (some company), and for some reason the text editors in the CMS all default to using dumb quotes!  Whenever I type some content and put text in quotation marks, they marks show up as prime marks, so I literally have to copy and paste smart quotation marks into the CMS text areas so that they show up correctly.  It&#039;s frustrating...</description>
